Dear Customer

We do our best to ensure the most detailed information on the measurements of the product so please pay attention to that before purchasing. Colors may vary in different types of lighting and with different monitor settings. 

If you are not satisfied or change your mind about an item, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note that Scandinavian Stories by Marton does not offer free returns unless the product is faulty. 

How to return an item in four easy steps:

  1. Please contact our team at info@scandinavianstoriesbymarton.com and don’t forget to mention your order number #0000. We will prepare a return label and form for you.
  2. Carefully pack all the items you wish to return. Please return your items in original, unused condition in the original package.
  3. Print and fill out the return form and include it in the parcel. Please make sure to write your full name and order no. If you don't have access to a printer, you can write the info on a paper sheet (see the return form for required info).
  4. We do recommend using DHL or GLS since our boxes match their standards. If you wish, you can choose to use any other courier that offers tracking.


If the returned items are not received in the original condition, we may make a deduction in your refund.


Refunds

We refund all payments received from you when the order was placed, including delivery costs (which does not apply, however, to extra delivery costs if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard form of delivery which we offer). The refund will take place within 14 days after receiving your return parcel at our warehouse. We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

If you have received a damaged item, bought on our website, or want to file a complaint, please contact our team at info@scandinavianstoriesbymarton.com

If the product was purchased at one of our retail partners, please contact the point of purchase directly.
